Pizza Low Calorie
Here are two of my favorite guilt-free pizza recipes. Hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
Pizza with Cauliflower Crust - (slenderkichen.com)
Zucchini or Eggplant Pizza - (slendekitchen.com)
1 large Zucchini cut in fourths length wise or Eggplant peeled and cut into circles.
4 tablespoon sauce
4 tablespoon part skim mozzarella cheese
12 turkey pepperoni
Salt - Pepper - Oregano
~Preheat oven to 400 degrees
~Cut the Zucchini into fourths lengthwise and then sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano. Place on a piece of tin foil or small baking sheet and bake for 15 min.
~Take the zucchini out of the oven and add the 1 tablespoon sauce, 1 tablespoon cheese and 3 pepperonis to each Zucchini along with any other toppings you choose.
~Return the pizza to the oven and bake for 10-15 min until cheese begins to bubble.
