Rock Crusher Canyon RV Park is a large privately owned park in Crystal River, Florida minutes away from hiking, biking, shopping and golfing.
The roads into the park are paved but the sites are dirt or grass. There are quite a few full-time residents in the park which gives it a neighborhood feel. There are lots of shade trees and the sites are quite private. Our site was very long but also rather narrow. We enjoyed the friendliness and the quiet feeling of privacy here. There is so much to do in Crystal River and viewing the manatees is high on the list. Crystal River is about a two hour drive from Tampa/St. Petersburg. It is situated around Kings Bay, designated as an Outstanding Florida Waterway and offers many opportunities for boating, diving, swimming, fishing as well as a variety of Manatee and Eco-Tours. Crystal River Preserve State Park is close by and we plan to hike and bike their trails. Crystal River offers numerous bike trails including the Withlacoochee State Trail that is approximately 46 miles long and follows much of the course of the Withlacoochee River. DIRECTIONS:
