Still Shopping

We have been researching high end fifth wheels for what seems like forever. The problem has been there are not any dealers close to us. We finally went to Southern RV on the south side of Atlanta today. They carry a large selection of DRV Mobile Suites and Redwoods.

These fifth wheels are very very nice and luxurious if you can afford one - $80,000 and up for a new one. We even saw a DRV that went for $166,000. Needless to say we just don't want to put that much money into a camper.

Peco Campers (closer to home) has on order two Columbus by Palominos by Forest River. We have ben looking online at the 365RL. As I mentioned previously, we first saw one at Old Federal Campground. It has almost everything we want in a fifth wheel and Sherrian loves the kitchen. The quality might not be quite the same as a DRV or Redwood, but at $55,000 it's close enough.

We can't wait to see one on the lot!
